Treatment
Manual therapy, exercise and, when it suits, acupuncture, traction or bracing to settle pain and restore movement.
Sport-specific rehab
Strength, balance, agility and movement training matched to your sport and position.
Return to sport
We test that you are ready, plan a gradual return to training and competition, and give you exercises to help prevent the injury coming back.

Common questions
Do you treat high school athletes?
Yes. We treat athletes of all ages and levels. Parents are welcome to attend appointments.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Ontario you can see a physiotherapist directly. Some insurance plans require a referral, so check your plan.
Should I keep training while injured?
Often you can keep training in a modified way. We tell you what is safe to do and what to avoid while you recover.
When can I return to my sport?
It depends on the injury and your sport. We plan a gradual return and check your strength and movement before you go back to full training and competition.
